يرجى إعلامنا خلال 7 أيام من استلام المنتج إذا رغبت في إرجاعه، مع ذكر سبب الاسترجاع.

Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product if you wish to return it, stating the reason.

The product must be in its original condition, with all accessories and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse used or damaged products.

بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه، سنقوم بإبلاغك بحالة الاسترجاع، وسيتم رد المبلغ خلال 5-7 أيام عمل.

Upon receipt and inspection of the product, we will notify you of the return status, and refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
